Support and Maintenance
Systemik provides free support whilst you are evaluating PerformX® and Transit. To make a support request, please mail us with a brief description of problem including operating system and MS Office version.
Pay per event support
Systemik provides a pay per event support service.
Upon receiving support requests, we reply via email with a support reference number. This allows tracking of the support event through to resolution.
Standard support cost is AUD$100 per hour.

Corporate Maintenace
Organisations who have inplemented PerformX® through the organization prefer to purchase annual maintenance rather than pay per event support. This provides a structured approach and a single contact point for PerformX® support within the organisation. In addition to incremental upgrades, bug fixes and enhnacements, Corporate Maintenance provides the following structured approach to support:
- All support is managed through a single named liaison person within your organisation
- All support requests are to be submitted via email or fax
- Support is conducted via email, fax or phone as required
- All time spent resolving support issues is logged by Systemik Support
Annual maintenace costs are negotiated on an organizational specific basis.
